Start your weekend off right! Join us for a health- focussed evening featuring an interactive seminar on healthy eating and a complimentary yoga class!
On February 1st, YYoga Nutritionist Dr. Marisa Marciano will join us for a workshop on healthy eating. Dr. Marciano is a licensed Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine and she will share her tips and tricks on how to stay energized despite the gloomy winter weather, and how to fit healthy eating into your busy lifestyle. There will be a complimentary yoga class following Dr. Marciano’s talk.
Tea and healthy snacks will be provided. Please wear loose, comfortable clothing for the yoga practice and bring a yoga mat if you have one.
Dr. Marciano’s talk begins at 6:00pm with a 40-minute yoga class to follow.
